Our client is looking for a Financial Controller to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This is a hands‑on role for a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial finance.
The Role
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting
Deliver accurate management accounts and commercial insights
Strengthen financial controls, processes, and systems
Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet integrity
Partner with senior leaders and budget owners
Support acquisitions, landlord negotiations, and property‑related finance
What You'll Bring
ACCA/ACA qualified with strong technical accounting skills
Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP
Strong communicator with stakeholder‑management confidence
Background in a high‑growth, multi‑site, or fast‑paced environment
