  • Develop deep client relationships, proactively discussing upcoming projects, business changes, and tax developments
  • Provide insights and guidance on UK corporate tax compliance, risk management, and planning opportunities
  • Lead conversations around tax changes that impact clients, providing practical, tailored recommendations
  • Address tax technical queries, including compliance obligations, tax accounting, and corporation tax return matters
  • Coordinate the delivery of all tax-related services, liaising with internal specialists to implement advice
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering development and maintaining high standards of service delivery
  • Support business development through identifying new opportunities and contributing to client proposals
Requirements
  • A recognised tax or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT) or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong UK corporate tax technical expertise, including the ability to review and sign off UK tax computations
  • A client-focused approach with a proven track record of building and managing relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in coordinating teams or managing projects across multi-disciplinary service lines
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest in identifying new business opportunities
  • Competitive salary with annual performance-related bonus
  • Flexible hybrid working model (split between home, office and client site)
  • Private medical insurance with 24/7 virtual GP access
  • Generous holiday allowance plus six additional volunteering days annually
  • Enhanced pension scheme and life assurance cover
  • Comprehensive learning and development programmes
  • Opportunities for internal mobility and long-term career progression
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture with a strong focus on wellbeing and work/life balance
