Our client an expanding thriving property design, refurbishment and maintenance business who are looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and results orientated candidate to take the lead for this Commercial Professional responsible for all Commercial activity and Finance Accountants working closely with the wider management team and operational staff. You will be supporting key business decisions, and driving continuous improvement across processes The company pride themselves on TEAMWORK and have an environment which is very open, hardworking and collaboratively deliver a reliable solution to their clients

Key Responsibilities Working closely with the Management team and Operations team to manage the Commercials of the work from costing of the work through to completion . Close liaison with external clients and all department internally Involvement in Bidding for Tenders Costing of work and submitting costings Working with the broader management team for all commercials Liaison with clients and attending meetings as necessary Tracking, reporting and management of all costings Sales and overhead forecasting Day to day running the company finances - day to day accounts Payment processing Credit management, invoicing, cash collection Balancing, management of banking Preparation and presentation of monthly/annual accounts VAT Returns Budget management What they are looking for ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified (or equivalent).

Systems used Zero, Big Change, AI Commercial background/Quantity surveying experience would be preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to balance strategic thinking and challenge Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills. A cooperative relationship builder who challenges the status quo and drives improvement. Energetic, positive, and able to meet deadlines.
