Global Finance Associate (2–3 PQE) – Elite US Firm, London

An elite US law firm in London is seeking a talented 2–3 PQE Associate to join its highly regarded Global Finance practice group
.

This team is consistently ranked among the market leaders and acts for a prestigious client base, including leading investment banks, private credit funds, and global corporates. The work spans the full spectrum of high-end loan-side transactions, including:

• Leveraged finance and acquisition finance for major sponsors and lenders
• Direct lending and private credit transactions at the top end of the market
• Cross-border syndicated lending and corporate financings
• Exposure to complex restructuring and refinancing mandates

Within the Global Finance practice, the role focuses on delivering high-quality loan-side work for sophisticated clients, including:

• Supporting leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions
• Assisting with direct lending and private credit mandates
• Contributing to cross-border syndicated lending and corporate financings
• Engaging in complex restructuring and refinancing mandates as needed

• Strong academic background with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience at a top-tier London or international law firm
• Demonstrated expertise in English law loan-side Global Finance
• Ability to manage complex, high-value matters and work effectively in an elite, fast-paced environment

• Exposure to some of the most high-profile and innovative financing transactions in the market
