Location: Greater London
AAA Global is working with a leading multi-manager hedge fund to hire a Short Term Interest Rates PM/Sub-PM in London.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute short-term interest rates trading strategies.
- Generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns.
- Monitor and manage risk and drawdowns in line with fund guidelines.
- Conduct market and macroeconomic analysis relevant to short-term rates markets.
- Work closely with central risk, execution, and operations teams.
- Proven track record as a PM, Sub-PM, or Trader in STIR or interest rates markets.
- Strong knowledge of short-term interest rates instruments and market structure.
- Disciplined approach to risk management.
- Ability to operate independently within a fund framework.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic drivers affecting rates markets.
