To be successful as a Wealth Manager, you should have experience with:- Maintaining and deepening relationships within a High Net Worth client base, ensuring clients receive consistent support and remarkable service
- Holding RDR Level 4 qualification, complemented by a financial planning qualification, and demonstrating outstanding relationship‑management skills; experience working directly with individuals and families to support their multi-layered financial needs is highly advantageous
- Gaining a thorough understanding of clients’ goals, priorities and circumstances, and providing tailored guidance across a broad range of wealth management solutions
- Experience of providing Regulated Advice within the UK to High Net worth clients,
- Experience of building a client base using internal and external networks,
- Be effective in gaining an in-depth understanding of client’s needs and advising on a diverse range of wealth management solutions,
- Knowledge of delivering high quality bespoke advice, maximizing value for our clients and negotiating the best commercial outcome

This role is based in London.
This role is deemed as a Certified role under the PRA & UK Financial Conduct Authority - Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
Purpose of the roleTo establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients. It's the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs, ensuring mutual benefit and long‑term success.
Accountabilities- Management of client relationships to identify the clients financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance to support the analysis of data obtained from various sources, including the investment portfolio and cash flow, to identify trends, insights, areas for improvement and additional services to support client needs.
- Research and understanding of the client's industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
- Design of customised solutions that address the client's specific needs and objectives, incorporating a range of products and services from the bank's portfolio.
- Communication of the value proposition of proposed solutions, justification of recommendations, and negotiation of terms that are beneficial for both the client and the bank.
