Part-Qualified Management Accountant

This is a brilliant role for a part qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) who loves variety and wants to get involved in both management and financial accounting. You’ll be part of a fun, collaborative team where finance actually drives the business, not just reports on it.

You’ll be right in the middle of everything, working across management accounting, financial accounting, and reporting.

• Prepare month end management accounts and key journals
• Produce variance analysis and clear commentary on performance
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
• Support statutory accounts preparation and audit queries
• Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance
• Partner with budget holders to provide insight and challenge
• Improve processes, reporting, and controls as the business grows
• Get involved in ad hoc analysis and PE related projects

• Part qualified or finalist level ACCA or CIMA
• Solid grounding in management and financial accounting
• Confident with month end, VAT, and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Hands on, curious, and eager to develop in a creative, fast paced business
