TPT Investment Management, experts in fiduciary management for pension schemes, are seeking to hire an experienced Investment Operations Analyst. If you have a background in investments or pensions and want a collaborative and varied position, we want to hear from you. You’ll work closely with our Investment Management Team and gain experience across asset classes like bonds, equities, hedge funds, private markets, and property.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Monitoring the daily data feeds into our portfolio management system, Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) and managing any resultant issues.
  • Maintaining portfolio, asset, benchmark/index and associated data within Northern Trust custody, CRIMS, and downstream systems, ensuring all data is accurate.
  • Trade execution, cash postings, data management and settlement processes.
  • Supporting operational due diligence of external fund managers, client onboarding, and audit queries.
  • Assisting with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Supporting wider business projects and cross-team communications.
  • Overseeing service providers.
  • Managing relationships with our parent company (TPT Retirement Solutions) through regular service reviews.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Professional qualifications (IMC, CISI or similar) or working towards them.
  • Experience in asset management or pension schemes.
  • Proven experience in investment operations or administration.
  • Systems experience will ideally include CRIMS & Northern Trust Custody.
  • Good understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with a positive problem solving attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required to engage & manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
