Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

In this busy and exciting role, you will provide a high-quality service to support internal stakeholders as the lead point of contact for one of the factories. This is not your typical management accountant role; you'll be hands on working closely with operations providing support from a finance perspective, including responsibility to report, drive and challenge Factory Performance reporting.

• Preparing reports for review, circulate reports and present in meetings
• Product costings analysis
• Business partnering - building strong relationships with other functions
• Applying the commercial and operational controls and escalating breaches to management
• Preparing, reviewing and presenting costing analysis of our current and future product range - supporting commercial and development functions
• Providing analysis on Capex opportunities at sites
• Direct report responsibility
• Be site finance lead on minor project implementations
• Limited month end involvement

• Experience in a similar finance role
• Previous experience in working with Finance ERP systems
• Desirable - CIMA/ACCA (or other recognised bodies) part qualified or QBE
• Strong communication skills
• Confident working with data & building analysis
• Able to work to pace and deadlines
• Able to work independently and drive actions
