Key Responsibilities- Identify and execute value-creation opportunities across trading, operations, and commercial functions, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and operating leverage.
- Partner closely with private equity sponsors, capital markets participants, and external advisors to help define, articulate, and deliver the company’s equity and growth story.
- Lead post-acquisition integration, synergy capture, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring value realisation across trading desks, operations, technology, and risk.
- Apply deep capital markets and commodities expertise to long-term strategic planning, identifying growth and optimisation opportunities across equities, rates, FX, credit, and related markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing strategic decision‑making and driving execution across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

- Proven experience in strategy, corporate development, or large‑scale transformation, gained within an investment bank, commodities broker, PE‑backed financial institution, or top‑tier consultancy.
- Demonstrated COO, Chief of Staff, or transformation office experience, ideally within a capital markets or trading‑led environment.
- Ability to operate in high‑complexity settings, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Gravitas and communication skills to engage credibly with senior executives, investors, and capital markets stakeholders.
