Job Description Purpose of the Job

To work within the UK Capital Markets team to create a robust reporting model for Cash Management and Collateral Administration needs. You will have principal responsibility for working with Programme Management, Technology, Transaction Management and the Client Services to embed new reporting solutions within our technology infrastructure and administer them in accordance with the governing transaction documentation. You will play a key role in the development of the Collateral Administration service offering, transcending various functions to ensure the growth and success of the corporate trust product line.

Responsibilities
  • Review the systems in place at Ocorian/Nordic Trustee to identify how they can be used to support the Cash Management and Collateral Administration for private credit transactions;
  • Suggest best in class system solution post review and implement the analytical model;
  • Be actively involved in the sales initiatives to promote Ocorian/Nordic Trustee’s Collateral Administration solution to private credit funds;
  • Work with colleagues across the company’s footprint to offer analytical solutions where they are needed. Primary focus
    - London, the Nordics, Dublin, Luxembourg;
  • Assisting with the client on‑boarding process alongside the Transaction Management and other internal teams, ensuring transactions are on‑boarded on a timely basis, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure new client structures are set up on our technology infrastructure in a controlled manner;
  • Managing the day‑to‑day administration of client matters relating to the Cash Management/Collateral Administration products with reference to transaction documentation;
  • Managing risk exposure by ensuring risk/review procedures and all operating processes are followed at all times, ensuring prompt escalation of any issues to the members of the Management team and Directors as appropriate;
  • Effectively managing the billing and aged debt collection of relevant client fee arrangements;
  • Taking an active role in relevant projects within the department to enhance the client delivery and increased efficiency of the business;
  • Carrying out any additional function/activity that is reasonably required by the Management team from time to time.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Educated to degree standard, however applications from those qualified by experience will also be equally considered;
  • Ideally a minimum of 10 years or more relevant financial services / professional experience, preferably in a client‑facing role within a banking operations department, Corporate Trust business or similar organisation;
  • As a result of study and experience, possess a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of working in a control environment;
  • Strong IT skills, in particular strong Excel skills and experience with asset administration systems (e.g. eFront, NAV, Nomentia, Solvas, WSO etc.).
