• Manage a large portfolio of clients, primarily high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, providing timely, high-quality tax advice and support.
• Collaborate with partners and senior staff to ensure all client deadlines and expectations are met.
• Review and oversee the work of junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring where required.
• Identify proactive solutions and opportunities for clients, including participation in new business meetings.
• Manage workflow, billing, and recoverability for your client portfolio.

• Strong technical tax knowledge and broad experience across personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within agreed timelines.
• Skilled in reviewing, supervising, and developing junior staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Confident, proactive, and commercially aware, with a strong client service focus.
