Group Tax Manager

Pure Search are exclusively partnered with UK headquartered business looking to hire a Group Tax Manager to their growing team in London.

• Oversee end-to-end corporate tax compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including preparation of UK corporation tax returns and computations.
• Manage tax payment processes, instalment calculations and forecasting, acting as the main liaison for external auditors on tax matters.
• Prepare and review transfer pricing calculations and documentation, maintaining policies and coordinating external advisors to manage risk.
• Deliver monthly tax reporting, including tax provisions, effective tax rate analysis and balance sheet reconciliations within group finance packs.
• Support tax forecasting and planning in collaboration with finance and FP&A teams, improving accuracy and visibility of tax outcomes.
• Drive automation and process improvements in month-end tax provisioning to enhance efficiency, speed and control.
• Provide tax support on restructuring, optimisation initiatives, due diligence and wider business or cross‑border projects.
• Maintain robust tax governance and controls, supporting audits and correspondence with tax authorities, and assisting with indirect tax compliance such as VAT and related filings.

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
• Strong experience in UK corporate tax compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with tax accounting and tax provision preparation.
• Background in either an in‑house tax function or professional practice
• Experience using Alphatax or One Source
• No visa sponsorship available

This is a full time role based in London 3 days per week, paying up to £80,000 + bonus.
