Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations including billing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Manage client invoicing, contractor timesheets, and collections for permanent and temporary placements
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Process payroll for internal staff and placed contractors, including commissions and incentives
  • Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and employment regulations applicable to staffing agencies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with external accountants and auditors
  • Develop and improve financial and administrative policies and procedures
  • Supervise administrative and finance staff to ensure operational efficiency
  • Manage contracts, vendor agreements, and insurance documentation
  • Support leadership with financial analysis, cost control, and process improvement initiatives
