Senior Investments Tax Manager

Overview

Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director level role requires international tax experience particularly in M&A tax, for this interim Senior Tax Manager or International Tax Director interim tax job in London. Commencing in February 2026 and joining for a 12 months period, the Senior Investments Tax Manager will operate at an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director level, and will have international tax advisory experience.

• Report to the Group Head of Tax and liaise heavily with the investments and legal team.
• Support transactions by advising on the efficient and responsible tax requirements of investments, divestments and proposals.
• Analyse an investment portfolio and advise on restructurings and refinancing.
• Provide tax advice on business activity and monitor international tax developments and advise on their impact on the business.

• International tax background with advisory and M&A experience.
• Suitability for both a qualified accountant or a tax lawyer.
