UKGFC.Seekinga2year
PQEAccountantcapableofmanaging/supervisingadecentsizedqualifiedfinancefunction.

Key Accountabilities:- Helpingtopreparethebusinessforexitinthemediumterm
- Supporting the
GFCindevelopingthe
Finance function,identifyingthecriticalelementsofthe
Financeblueprintandmaturingtheoveralloperatingmodelfor Finance - Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswiththeboardandrisk/auditsubcommitteesaswellasbanks,auditors,regulators,advisors,andotherkeystakeholders
- Ensuringthefirmbuildsaworldclassaccountingandreportingfunctionandtakingresponsibilityforaneffectiveandhighlyautomatedfinancialcontrolenvironmentacrossallourbusinesses
- Takingresponsibilityforpreparingourannualreportandaccounts,monthlyconsolidatedfinancialstatementsandourmonthlyboardpacks
- Managinganddeliveringonourregulatoryreportingcommitments,acrossanumberdifferentjurisdictionsandregulators
- Ensurethefirmisfullycompliantwithallapplicablefinancialregulatione.g.taxandregulatoryreportingrequirements
- Ensurethefirmidentifiesandproactivelymanagesallfinancialrisks,whichmayimpactthebusinessobjectives
- Designing,buildingandimplementingworldclassfinancialsystemstosupportandautomateourreportingandMIasweexpandinternationallyandmanageincreasingcomplexityofthegroup
- Managing,supportinganddevelopingmorejuniormembersoftheteamtoactivelytrainandimprovestaffknowledgeandempowercolleaguestotakethenextstepintheircareer
