This is a standout opportunity to join a fast-growing boutique accountancy practice in London, based near Waterloo. The firm has ambitious growth plans and a clear strategy to enter the Top 80 by 2026, with corporate tax advisory at the heart of that journey.

As Corporate Tax Manager, you will take responsibility for a high-quality corporate client portfolio, with an approximate 60% advisory / 40% compliance split.

Working closely with the Partners, the Corporate Tax Manager will be involved in:

• Leading corporate tax advisory projects including group restructures, reorganisations, tax planning and cross-border matters
• Managing the corporate tax compliance process for UK companies, LLPs and non-resident landlords
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted and long-term relationships
• Liaising directly with HMRC on enquiries, disclosures and complex corporate tax issues
• Identifying advisory and planning opportunities within existing client portfolios
• Supporting business development and client proposals alongside Partners
• Reviewing work, managing workflows, billing and budgets
• Mentoring, coaching and developing junior members of the corporate tax team

This Corporate Tax Manager position will suit someone who has:

• CTA qualification (or ACA / ACCA / ATT with strong corporate tax experience)
• Several years’ experience in UK corporate tax within an accountancy practice
• Proven experience delivering or supporting corporate tax advisory work
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• A commercial and proactive mindset
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
