Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP
. You will be responsible for the accurate and effective processing of Aramark accounts, payroll and Time and Attendance for our PJHQ Northwood contract.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a purchasing officer for the assigned business area and ensure the accurate and timely processing of Aramark Accounts.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of cashless sales, accurate and efficient time and attendance scheduling and oversee and support component managers with payroll checking.
  • Ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all required legislation and internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality on personal and accounting information.
Qualifications
  • Resided in the UK for the past 3 years with a legal right to work in the UK and are able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Experience of maintaining the day-to-day management of the accounts and payroll functions.
  • Analytical and methodical, with proven experience in accounts and payroll administration, with a current knowledge of company account systems (e.g. Opx, GFF and Cognos) and be proficient in payroll procedures, MOD pay rules and payroll software (e.g. SAP, Kronos) and MS Office.
  • Experience of maintaining the day-to-day management of the accounts and payroll functions.

Benefits
  • This is a full-time position, annual salary £27,000, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 08:00 and 16:30 (with flexibility).
