Location: Greater London
Linear Partners are helping a Leading Mid-Market Investment Bank in their search for an Analyst and an Associate to join their Consumer M&A team in London.
Key responsibilities:- Execution of transactions (M&A) within the Consumer sector
- Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques
- Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and support transaction ideas.
- 1-6 years of Consumer related M&A experience in an Investment Banking or Big 4 environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
