A leading FTSE 100 organisation is hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst into a high-profile group treasury function , with a clear and credible progression path to Deputy Treasurer within c.18 months.
This role is designed for a high-calibre treasury professional who wants more than steady-state delivery. You will gain broad exposure across funding, liquidity, financial risk, and capital markets, while working closely with senior treasury leadership and the wider finance community.
The OpportunityYou will join a sophisticated, well-resourced group treasury team operating at scale across multiple geographies. The role combines strong technical exposure with genuine development, responsibility, and visibility.
From day one, you will be positioned as a future leader within the function.
Key Responsibilities- Support group-wide cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimisation
- Assist in the management of banking relationships, facilities, and covenant reporting
- Play a key role in debt management, refinancing activity, and capital markets execution
- Support FX and interest rate risk management, including hedging strategies and documentation
- Produce high-quality treasury reporting for senior management and the board
- Partner with FP&A, tax, accounting, and commercial teams across the group
- Contribute to treasury projects, systems improvements, and process optimisation.
This role has a defined pathway to Deputy Treasurer, typically within 18 months, subject to performance. You will be developed across leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making to prepare you for that step.
The profile You are likely to bring- Strong treasury experience within a large corporate, listed group, or top-tier advisory environment
- Solid grounding across cash management, FX, debt, and financial risk
- Confidence operating in a complex, multi-currency, multi-entity environment
- High attention to detail with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture
Ambition to progress into senior treasury leadership.
ACT qualification (or studying) is preferred, though strong experience is equally valued.
