Management Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation within the property industry. Based in London, the role sits within a structured and supportive finance team and requires a strong understanding of accounting and financial best practices. The company is medium-sized, highly regarded in its sector, and known for its professional approach and industry expertise.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing and managing monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process to aid strategic decision-making. The role also involves analysing financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the wider finance team to improve processes, support year-end accounts and audits, and assist with cash flow management and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, ideally with experience in the property sector, and will be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). They will be highly proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel, with the ability to interpret and clearly present financial information.
