An award-winning, fast-growing snack brand operating across the UK and USA is looking for a Head of Finance to help scale the business through its next phase of growth.

Currently turning over £35m, the business has ambitious plans to reach £100m and beyond and finance is at the heart of that journey.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments. Youll act as a trusted partner to the Founders and leadership team, shaping financial strategy while building the systems and processes needed to scale globally.

• Leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Driving commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
• Building and developing a scalable finance function
  
  Managing cash flow, controls, and risk while enabling fast, smart growth
• Supporting international expansion across the UK and US

• A proven finance leader with experience in FMCG, consumer brands, or high-growth businesses
• Someone who can move seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on delivery
• A confident communicator who can turn data into clear, actionable insight
• An entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys building, improving, and taking ownership
• Central London-based HQ (3 days per week in-office)
