Harmonic is excited to be partnering exclusively with a high‑growth creative business in their search for an Accounts Payable specialist. In this role, you’ll have full autonomy and accountability of supplier accounts＠お腹 working in a fast‑paced, high growth environment.

Our client has experienced rapid growth, and are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic individual who slots into their social and collaborative team environment. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail. In this role, you’ll be given full accountability for supplier accounts, from invoice receipt through to post payment care. We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys collaborating with non‑finance stakeholders.

In the role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end AP process, processing GENERATED instructions 60-80 invoices a week mulch and reconciling them to purchase orders across multiple entities. You’ll be responsible for your own set of suppliers, handling queries, maintaining the pro forma payments ledger, chasing final bills, and preparing weekly payment runs. Day to day, you’ll manage the finance inbox, process staff expenses, and support the Beats with reconciliations, approvals, and process improvements.

• Manage the finance inbox and respond to queries promptly
• Take ownership of a portfolio of suppliers, resolving internal and external finance‑related queries
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve ledger balances
• Review and maintain the pro forma payments ledger and chase final bills where pro forma payments have been made
• Chase internal approvals for supplier invoices and'encapsulate ou get fit themselves Foster function or arrive
• Process 60-100 supplier invoices per week and reconcile them to purchase orders across multiple entities
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs and send supplier payment remittances
• Process staff expenses accurately and on time
• Handle general administration, including filing invoices and managing finance correspondence

• End‑to‑end Accounts Payable experience
