Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

Reed Banking Division is currentlyrepresenting a leading international технический bank with a strong presence in London. Our client is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) to join their dynamic team and help facilitatethenext phase of growth

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the Corporate Banking business in a sustainable and profitable manner. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Banking to achieve team and individual KPIs, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, focusing on UK and Chinese background businesses.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling opportunities (loans, deposits, trade finance, FX, RMB business, etc.).
• Conduct credit analysis, pre-loan investigations, and manage post-loan processes.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a professional, collaborative culture.

• Degree holder or above.
• Ideally fluent in Mandarin (and English) both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK banking sector, with proven success in corporate client development.
• Strong credit analysis skills and ability to execute transactions independently.
• Excellent understanding of corporate banking products and procedures.
