Reed Practice are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the corporation tax compliance work for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and knowledgeable, ready to lead a team and ensure high standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency. friendships>

• Direct and oversee work on varied portfolios of clients through a team of supervisors, seniors, and trainees.
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Plan and allocate client work with technical competency, matching team members to clients appropriately to aid their progression.
• Assist in implementing departmental strategies, new initiatives, and sharing technical knowledge across the team.
• Take an active role in the development and progression ofadvies the team and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

• Proven experience working in a tax department within an accountancy practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage resources efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support and lead a team.
