• Work on a broad range of ad hoc tax consultancy assignments, including reorganisations, R&D tax, share schemes, property hive ups, International tax, and more.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and pursue them with the Tax Partner and relevant partners.
• Oversee the compliance function for a portfolio of corporate tax clients:
• Prepare and review corporation tax returns for a range of complex clients.
• Monitor tax return progress to ensure timely completion and submission to HMRC.
• Advise corporate tax clients of tax liabilities due on a timely basis.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure accurate and prompt completion of tax returns and submissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients both orallyodom and in writing.
• Deal with all client queries promptly and efficiently.
• Report to the client partner on all relevant matters.

• Proven experience in corporate tax advisory.
• CTA/ACA qualified.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK tax legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
