Corporate Tax Senior Manager (advisory)
Join ACCA Careers for an exciting opportunity in London focused on delivering expert tax advisory services within the business services sector. Our client is a well‑regarded large organisation with a nationwide presence, dedicated to providing high‑quality tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities- Work on a broad range of ad hoc tax consultancy assignments, including reorganisations, R&D tax, share schemes, property hive ups, International tax, and more.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and pursue them with the Tax Partner and relevant partners.
- Oversee the compliance function for a portfolio of corporate tax clients:
- Prepare and review corporation tax returns for a range of complex clients.
- Monitor tax return progress to ensure timely completion and submission to HMRC.
- Advise corporate tax clients of tax liabilities due on a timely basis.
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure accurate and prompt completion of tax returns and submissions.
- Communicate effectively with clients both orallyodom and in writing.
- Deal with all client queries promptly and efficiently.
- Report to the client partner on all relevant matters.
- Proven experience in corporate tax advisory.
- CTA/ACA qualified.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK tax legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Dedication to delivering high‑quality client service.
