This is a great job for someone with multi-asset experience who’s excited to influence how millions of people invest through Aviva’s customer funds. It would suit someone with a background in insurance, pensions, asset management or investment consulting, and who’s ready to take the next step in a purpose-led organisation.

You’ll join our Customer Investments team – a collaborative and forward-thinking group focused on delivering strong financial outcomes for our growing customer base. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of strategic investment initiatives, including:

• Oversight of discretionary investment managers
• Designing and implementing investment strategies across our fund ranges
• Investment reporting to senior management
• Embedding ESG and climate risk into our investment approach
• Supporting Consumer Duty and Value For Money frameworks

• Deep understanding of investment markets and performance drivers for multi-asset funds
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret complex investment data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Broad asset class knowledge, including liquid and illiquid markets
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or IMC desirable; ESG credentials a plus

• Starting salary between £55,000 and £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity – 6% (A & B grade), 8% (C grade), 10% (D grade), 12% (E grade) of annual salary
