** Key Responsibilities
*** Works closely with the Operations CFO, finance business partnering leads and business stakeholders in supporting the delivery of operations strategy set by LSEG’s Chief Operating Officer.
* Reports financial performance of operations division and related entities and supports divisional cost control and management of financial performance through budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
* Accounting due diligence for significant contracts and transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Coordination, control and reporting of the divisional monthly close and annual legal entity reporting in full compliance with internal and external reporting standards, policies and internal controls.
* Supporting Operations allocations model with the Transfer Pricing team.
* Evaluates and evolves systems, policies, and processes and drives standardisation, automation and process improvements to increase efficiency
* Facilitates internal and external financial audits.
* Management of 2 accountants.

*** Professional Finance Qualification – e.g. MBA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
