The Real Estate Finance team is trusted by major lenders, REITs and funds across the UK and internationally, with recent mandates spanning student housing portfolios, luxury developments and multi-property hotel acquisitions. • Run transactions end-to-end across lender and borrower mandates, with partner support
• Lead on complex cross-border financings
  , often involving multi-jurisdictional borrower groups
• Advise on high-value structured deals for institutional lenders, REITs, and funds

• At least 5 years’ post-qualified experience in real estate finance
• A strong track record of independently managing deals
• Lender-side experience essential; borrower-side a plus
