Senior Associate - Capital Markets (EMEA)

We are supporting a leading global asset manager to hire a Senior Associate to join its ETF Capital Markets Coverage in London. This is a market-facing role at the centre of the ETF ecosystem, partnering with Authorised Participants, market makers, brokers and trading venues to help deliver best-in‑class liquidity and execution outcomes across EMEA.

• Act as a day‑to‑day capital markets contact for APs, market makers, brokers and venues
• Monitor and improve secondary market quality (spreads, depth, volumes, price efficiency) and resolve liquidity issues
• Provide capital markets input to internal stakeholders across sales, product, portfolio management and trading
• Support ETF launches and key product initiatives (liquidity set‑up, partner coordination, market readiness)
• Produce market intelligence and commentary on flows, volatility, market structure changes and venue dynamics
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in coverage approach, reporting and scalable processes

• Strong experience in ETFs and capital markets (e.g., ETF market making, AP, ETF trading, ETF specialist sales/trading, e‑trading coverage, equity/derivatives flow)
• Solid understanding of ETF liquidity drivers and European market structure
• Confident stakeholder manager with a commercial, solutions‑led mindset
• Analytical and detail‑oriented; comfortable with data, reporting and fast‑moving markets
