We are seeking an experienced Advice Services professional to support the development, management and ongoing oversight of our advice services and related wrappers across wealth, tax, protection, pensions, ISAs and asset‑management‑only propositions.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the Advice Services owner in shaping and managing advice services and wrappers.
  • Track market trends, competitors and regulatory developments, and identify opportunities arising from change.
  • Understand cost‑to‑serve and commercial drivers, contributing to pricing and value decisions.
  • Own MI for advice services, working with data teams to build a detailed, data‑led view of customers and outcomes.
  • Own the end‑to‑end customer journey across advice services, ensuring a best‑in‑class client experience and maintaining journey documentation.
  • Deliver annual product and service reviews, target market reviews and fair value assessments in line with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
  • Present findings to relevant forums and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
  • Establish appropriate controls and test their effectiveness.
Skills and experience
  • Recent, hands‑on experience developing and delivering advice services or financial planning products within UK wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of UK investor types and wealth management products and services.
  • Clear grasp of commercial drivers, pricing and cost‑to‑serve.
  • Proven experience producing MI, Consumer Duty monitoring, fair value assessments and periodic product reviews.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Solid regulatory knowledge, including PROD, Consumer Duty, SDR, MiFID, COLL, IDD and AIFMD.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior, technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Confident data analysis skills, using insight to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with third‑party providers is beneficial.
  • A UK‑recognised financial advisory qualification is advantageous.

This role suits someone commercially minded, regulatory‑literate and customer‑focused, with the credibility to own advice propositions end to end.
