Head of Finance – High‑Growth Hospitality Group

Location: London

Salary: up to £80,000

We are partnering with a fast-growing, founder‑led hospitality group to appoint a head of finance for a newly created senior leadership role.

This is a strategic and hands‑on position offering full ownership of the finance function, working directly with the senior leadership team to support business growth, profitability and long‑term planning.

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow management and working capital control
• Monthly management accounts and board reporting
• Business partnering with operations and leadership
• Commercial analysis to support growth decisions
• Process improvement and financial controls
• Oversight of external accountants and advisors

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the numbers while also influencing strategic decision‑making at senior level.

• Senior finance experience (Head of Finance / Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager)
• Experience in hospitality, retail or multi‑site businesses (preferred)
• Confident communicator at board level
• Hands‑on, proactive leadership style
• Ability to scale financial infrastructure in a growing business
