Are you an analytical problem-solver with a passion for financial markets? We’re looking for a proactive Middle Office Analyst to join our dynamic team at Cantor Fitzgerald. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a diverse range of trading desks — including FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Power, Petroleum Products, and Freight.

About the Role

As a Middle Office Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of trades from front to back office. You’ll be responsible for the daily operational functions that support our trading activity — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across systems and processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams, brokers, and clients to resolve queries and maintain exceptional standards of service.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and support daily trade processes across multiple asset classes.

Action and monitor all T+ amendments while maintaining strict internal controls.

Liaise with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies quickly.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations.

Produce and maintain clear documentation of team processes and controls.

Generate and present trade volume and brokerage reports to senior management.

Conduct end-of-day checks and confirmation processes to ensure data integrity.

Contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives — from planning to completion.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of derivatives; OTC or bond market knowledge desirable.

Skills: Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills.

Additional pluses: familiarity with ISDA documentation and a strong understanding of market systems and controls.
