Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions, including annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure full compliance with Hyatt finance standards and practices, USALI System of Accounting, local regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision‑making and maximize profitability.
Oversee cost control, expense management, and revenue optimization initiatives across all departments.
Manage audits, statutory reporting, and liaise with internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement with Hyatt’s overarching purpose of caring for people so they can be their best.
Collaborate closely with department heads to align financial objectives with operational goals.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with Hyatt reporting requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Director of Finance role within luxury hotels or large hospitality operations.
Strong knowledge of hotel finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working with international hotel brands (Hyatt experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
