Senior Paraplanner

My client are a fast growing start up looking to change the face of financial advice and the way it’s delivered in the UK. They have an opportunity for a brilliant, experienced and technical paraplanner to join their wonderful team. In this business, the Senior Paraplanner is an elevated role compared to much of the industry where, rather than reporting into a financial advisor, you'll form part of the specialist planning team.

You will be involved in all areas of financial planning and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end advice process, deciding the recommendations and curating the financial plans for clients, whilst helping shape processes and the waytheyprovide advice for years to come.

• Creating brilliant advice for clients
• Being a technical expert on all things financial planning
• Cashflow modelling
• Analysis of clients existing products and investments
• Ownership of individual planning projects requiring technical expertise
• Maintaining the pinnacle of standards of advice for clients
• Designing and refining processes and ways of working
• Working with the tech team to help remove admin and drive efficiency
• Helping to train, support and manage more junior colleagues and admin support

• Minimum Chartered or close to
• 3 plus years' experience in a Paraplanning capacity
• Comfortable with technology
• Client centric
