Our client, a leading Gulf-based state investment vehicle, is seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead its Global Infrastructure Co-Investments & Minority Direct Investments team as Managing Director.

This senior-level opportunity is based in Dubai and targets candidates with 20+ years of experience in infrastructure investments, ideally gained within a developed market financial hub. The role focuses on originating and executing global direct and co-investment transactions, with a strong emphasis on institutional partnerships and strategic capital deployment across major markets.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the fund’s expanding international investment mandate, managing a high-performing deal team, and leveraging a deep network of large-cap infrastructure GPs to drive long-term value creation aligned with the Emirate’s economic vision.

• Minimum 20 years of experience in global infrastructure investments, including direct and co-investments
• Proven leadership within a pension fund, sovereign wealth fund, or similar institutional platform
• Strong network among large-cap infrastructure GPs and global investment partners
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, structuring, and executing complex transactions
• Experience managing investment teams and overseeing portfolio performance
• Exposure to developed market financial hubs and cross-border deal environments
