Role Responsibilities

You will play a key role in securitisation projects for commercial real estate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Structuring and executing complex transactions.
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models.
• Managing long‑term cash flow projections.
• Liaising with ratings agencies and other external stakeholders.
• Working closely with the founding partners and senior leadership in a collaborative, high‑impact environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in investment banking or structured finance, with experience in securitisation CRE.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and a deep understanding of cash flow management.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, taking ownership of projects and driving results.
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with ratings agencies and other counter parties.
