• Assisting with the commercial valuation management process, including utilization of our proprietary Valuation Management System (VMS Next) to manage and streamline valuation workflows.
• Assisting clients with VMS Next usage and providing guidance on its functionality.
• Reviewing and analyzing valuation reports and underlying calculations for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Completing working and documentation checks as part of a team to maintain quality standards.
• Preparing clear and concise executive summaries of key valuation data.
• Interrogating cash flow models and comparable data sets.
• Utilizing Argus Enterprise valuation software to create and review valuations, applying both traditional income capitalization and discounted cash flow (DCF) approaches.
• Conducting market research to evaluate real‑estate market conditions and establish robust comparable sets.
• Performing market analysis, including advanced data analytics, to identify trends and support valuation assumptions.

• Bachelor’s degree or above – preferred fields:
  Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be self‑motivated.
• Basic understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Finance.
• Attention to detail and an analytically minded mindset.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Additional language skills beneficial.

Annual full‑time base salary range: £1.00 - £1.00.

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Certain positions may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
