Real Estate Analyst Investment Manager

Madison Berkeley is pleased to partner with a high‑quality real estate investment platform to appoint an Investment Analyst within its investment team. The platform is renowned for design‑led, sustainable commercial real estate and has a track record of delivering best‑in‑class assets.

The successful candidate will support the analysis, underwriting and execution of new investments, while also assisting with asset management and portfolio‑level initiatives. The role offers hands‑on exposure to live transactions and close interaction with senior decision‑makers.

• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models for acquisitions and existing assets
• Supporting investment underwriting, sensitivity analysis and returns modelling
• Assisting with due diligence, advisor coordination and transaction execution
• Contributing to asset management analysis and portfolio reporting
• Preparing investment papers, business plans and supporting materials

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree from a leading university – real estate, economics or business
• 1–2 years’ experience in real estate
• Strong Excel‑based financial modelling and analytical capability
• High attention to detail, well‑organised and commercially minded
• Confident working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
