SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

Full-time | London (Hybrid)

Our client is a London-based special events and experiences studio creating standout projects across the fashion, luxury and lifestyle industries.

They are now looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to bring clarity, control and commercial insight to the heart of the business.

This is a hands‑on role for a qualified accountant with strong technical expertise and experience operating at Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance level. You will own the day‑to‑day financial operations while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, supporting growth and ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial controls.

• Manage daily financial operations, including AP/AR and reconciliations
• Develop and oversee budgets, driving cost control and efficiency
• Prepare core financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Process invoices, receipts and payments across UK, Italian and US entities
• Support payroll, expenses, VAT returns and statutory compliance
• Improve internal processes and financial controls

• Proven Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance experience, ideally in Events or Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of double‑entry bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficient in Xero with excellent Excel skills
• Highly organiser, detail‑focused and commercially aware
• Confident communicator, comfortable in a fast‑paced creative environment

• Hybrid working: minimum three days in the office
• 6‑month probation with quarterly development reviews
• Reporting directly to the Studio Director
