A rare opportunity for CeMAP 1 qualified sales individual to join an established chain of estate agents as an in‑house mortgage broker in Bethnal Green with full training provided by the mortgage sales director.

Our client is a recognised mortgage and protection broker firm in the North and East London area and, over the past 20 years, has built a substantial mainly untapped client base. Due to expansion they are now looking to expand their sales force and offer the opportunity for a CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) qualified sales individual to join an established estate agency chain in Bethnal Green to work as an in‑house Mortgage Broker.

Our client is offering an opportunity to trainee mortgage broker or adviser, providing the CeMAP 1 qualification has been attained to work from one of the busy estate agencies in the Bethnal Green area offering the new and existing client’s advice on Mortgages and Protection.

Working closely with the Mortgage Sales Director as well as the estate agency staff you will offer the clients advice on residential mortgages as well as protection products including life cover, critical illness, ASU and buildings and contents as well as referring any pension and investment business to the qualified financial advisers.

Applications will only be considered from individuals who have the CeMAP 1 as a minimum qualification, a full UK driving licence, face‑to‑face sales background and a clean credit history.
