Havas Media Group is expanding its finance team with an Accounts Receivable Junior role based in King's Cross, London. The company is a major global communications group with over 900 employees in the UK & Ireland, aiming to integrate media and creative services under one roof for client benefit.
Role and Responsibilities- Reports to the Head of Financial Operations and involves daily reconciliation of third‑party supplier invoices with agency bookings to ensure timely client invoicing.
- Compiles weekly unbilled reports in Excel, resolves queries with account teams, retrieves supplier invoices, scans copies, assists with audits, and supports client invoicing uploads.
- Ideal candidates are school leavers or first jobbers who are proactive, detail‑oriented, organized, deadline‑driven, proficient in Excel and effective communicators.
Havas operates globally in over 100 countries, consisting of Havas Creative Group and Havas Media Group, housed together within Havas Village to foster collaboration across agencies.
