EMEA Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a hugely successful, fast growth global FMCG. As a result of ongoing investment we are now seeking to recruit a brand new position based at their West London head offices. This is a Head of Financial Reporting & Analysis, which has responsibility for a team of 8, with 2 direct reports (Finance Manager level). Reporting directly into a phenomenal Finance Director - this is a pivotal position across the London based team.

• Oversight of all financial reporting and statutory accounting for a key international region.
• Management of the relationship with the auditors; as well as all compliance and financial control activities.
• Support with the development of a high performing, passionate finance team - operating at both part and qualified levels.
• Partner with non-finance in respect of analytical and commercial project work.
• Directly assist senior leadership in respect of ongoing finance change and positive transformation projects.

• Applicants must hold a finance qualification (or overseas equivalent) and possess a minimum of 3/4 years relevant experience across financial reporting and analysis, operating at Manager/ Senior Manager level.
• A strong systems background would also be valuable.
• We are open to all sector backgrounds however a strong proven track record of success is critical.
