Compliance Officer - quant trading

I am partnering with a technology driven quantitative trading firm to hire a compliance officer for their global compliance team. This position is a generalist role, requiring to carry out core compliance tasks across monitoring, due diligence, and regulatory oversight. The role also involves reviewing activity data, supporting counter party onboarding, coordinating required reports, and assisting with regulatory interactions.

• Review trading and operational activity to identify potential compliance issues.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of due diligence and onboarding files for counter parties.
• Assist with completing regulatory and exchange‑related submissions.
• Communicate with external partners and internal teams to resolve compliance questions.
• Monitor industry and business changes to identify new compliance needs.
• Contribute to compliance processes for new initiatives, products, and operational changes.

• 2- 5years working in compliance, risk, or controls within financial services.
• Genuine interest in markets, technology, or trading environments.
• Ability to organise workload and handle multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Experience with data tools or coding languages is helpful but not a must.
