Our client is a global multi‑strategy hedge fund with more than $15bn in assets. They have seen consistent returns and exceptional growth in assets for an extended period of time. Known for their collaborative working environment and good access to information, they are now looking to add new teams within Equity Long/Short Market Neutral specializing in Industrials.

• Portfolio Management
  :
  Oversee and manage portfolio focused on European Equity L/S Industrials market coverage - ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the firm's investment strategies.
• Market Analysis
  :
  Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks within the Industrials sector.
• Investment Strategy
  :
  Develop and implement investment strategies that maximize returns while managing risk.
• Performance Monitoring
  :
  Continuously monitor portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve investment objectives.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with other investment professionals within the firm to share insights and strategies.

• Proven experience managing equity L/S portfolios of within hedge fund settings in the Europe.
• Demonstrable track record of at least 2 years with a strong P&L
• Deep knowledge of the Industrials trading sector
• Demonstrated ability to achieve a Sharpe ratio of 1% or higher.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, results‑oriented environment.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
