Part‑time Accounts Payable temp role within a leading music production business – immediate start available.

We’re supporting a highly regarded music production business with the hire of an Accounts Payable Assistant for an initial 3‑month temporary assignment. This is a part‑time role (3–4 days per week) and would suit someone immediately available to start next week who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, creative finance environment. This role will support the finance team during a busy period and is ideal for someone confident handling high‑volume transactional finance work.

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Managing end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes
• Posting and reconciling bank transactions
• Supporting the wider finance team with transactional finance duties as required
• Ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal finance processes

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or transactional finance role
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Immediately available to start next week
• Experience using Net Suite is beneficial but not essential
• Confident, proactive, and happy working in a temporary, fast‑moving role
