As an Agency Securities Finance Trading Services Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities across the 39+ international equity, fixed‑income and cash investment markets, to maximize lending opportunities for the mutual benefits of our underlying clients. This involves regular interaction with the global trading desks, relationship managers, client service teams, operations teams, as well as directly with the broker community.
We work closely with the team throughout the ASF business to help provide an excellent standard of service for all our clients, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services.
- Support daily trading operations by ensuring timely execution and accuracy of trades, while collaborating with traders and team members to resolve discrepancies, working closely with business partners through positive working relationships, to manage client risk.
- Act as a contact for all external counter parties on desk‑related trade queries / life cycle management. Tableau F&O production and modifications as requested by the desk.
- Monitor daily compliance reports to prevent client limit breaches, and reconcile trading accounts, driving the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging automation potentials without introducing risks and always complying, while fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, trading regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review in a timely manner, contributing to strategic discussions in team meetings and handling ad‑hoc projects and tasks as needed. Includes but is not limited to coverage of various reporting and ensuring data maintenance upheld to support the business; desk MIS (portfolio liquidity / maturities / credit, FCA diversification, yield matrix), SLAM static maintenance for new issuers / products, desk documentation (SOPs / agreements), fiduciary account reviews, etc.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.

- Proven experience in trading or financial services, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry practices and operations.
