You’ll be an integral member of the team, performing an advisory-focused, client-facing role. You’ll collaborate closely with well-known partners and manage junior advisers handling day-to-day compliance.

Your clients will include HNW business owners, serial entrepreneurs, wealthy families, family offices and trusts. Many are international with multi-jurisdictional aspects to their affairs. Experience of advising on remittance, domicile and residence is therefore important.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of HNW clients as their key point of contact
  • Undertaking personal tax planning projects on areas including CGT, IHT, property-related issues, use of trust structures, extraction of wealth from businesses etc
  • Mentoring, managing and supporting junior team members
  • Identifying new client relationships and assisting in business development initiatives
  • Overseeing compliance work undertaken by more junior advisers
Ideal candidates

Ideal candidates will be CTA / ACA qualified, with extensive UK private client tax experience. Some evidence of personal tax advisory work is important. Strong communication and client relationship management experience is essential.

The team is keen to support the incoming Manager with progression towards Senior Manager and Director grades. They offer hybrid working 2-3 days a week and foster a healthy work/life balance culture.

Salary will be dependent on experience, but is likely to be in the region £65k – £75k + benefits.
