We are looking for an experienced Director to join a leading private credit platform focused on direct lending and sponsor-backed transactions across Europe. This is a senior origination and execution role with significant client coverage responsibilities.

• Drive origination of private debt opportunities with private equity sponsors and mid‑to‑large corporates.
• Lead deal structuring, credit analysis, and execution of transactions (including term sheets, documentation, and closing processes).
• Manage relationships with sponsors, advisors, and institutional investors to build pipeline and enhance market presence.
• Oversee due diligence and internal approval processes; present to investment committees.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

• Extensive experience in private credit or leveraged finance (direct lending, unitranche, mezzanine).
• Strong credit and structuring skills with proven track record in deal origination and execution.
• Established sponsor relationships and ability to generate new business.
• Commercial mindset, leadership skills, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
