About the Commercial Mortgage Broker – Bridging & Development Finance RoleAs a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering bespoke finance solutions to clients. With access to a steady stream of pre-qualified leads and a competitive commission structure, your focus will be on building relationships, managing a diverse client portfolio, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with provided high-quality leads to secure bridging and development finance deals.
- Leverage your existing client book to maximise opportunities and build lasting relationships.
- Handle cases ranging from £150k to £1m, both regulated and unregulated.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to the brokerage’s continued success.
- Competitive Salary DOE
- Hybrid Working

Required:
- Proven experience in commercial mortgage brokering, particularly in bridging and development finance.
- A small but active client book to bring to the role (e.g., generating £60k in business).
- Strong understanding of both regulated and unregulated finance products.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to manage high-value cases.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
